We provide regular domestic cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, and internal window cleaning. We do not offer carpet or oven cleaning in-house but can recommend trusted local partners.

We do our best to give you the same cleaner each visit for a regular clean, but sometimes with holidays and time off we will have to send someone different which is why with each home we take on our books we make sure 2-3 members of staff are trained in your home. We believe in building trust and consistency, so you'll have the same cleaner for every regular visit whenever possible.

Absolutely. All our cleaners are fully insured, DBS-checked, and trained to our high standards.

Our regular cleaning is £23/hr + VAT. Deep cleans are £27/hr + VAT, and end of tenancy cleans are priced after a site visit. Air BnB's are also quoted based on tailored needs.

No need! We bring our own professional, eco-friendly products and equipment.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid charges. Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a 50% fee, and less than 24 hours will be charged in full.

Payment is by bank transfer. Invoices are sent after each clean (or monthly for regular clients) and are due within 3 days.

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If something’s not right, let us know within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll put it right—usually the same day!
